New Zen Stone Set To Give iPod Shuffle The Finger

The new Creative Zen Stone portable audio player has its sights set on the iPod Shuffle market share of simple and inexpensive MP3 players. Just like the Shuffle, the Zen Stone does not have a screen and it also comes with 1GB of memory.

The biggest difference between the two… price. The Zen Stone is set to retail for $39.99 while the Shuffle is still nearly twice that price at $79. Looks like an easy choice to me.

The Zen Stone will reportedly be available to purchase in less than two weeks.
